By default, have all messages censored, but let people turn off censoring by inputting a command. And also the message could still get sent if "then deny" isn't set, but still have the swear censored.

Censored: "Get the *****-*** back to our base!"
Uncensored: "Get the kitty-cat back to our base!" lol

So important messages can still get shown to chat but without the swearing so its still family friendly, yet mature at the same time if people want it.

if someone want to swear, he will turn filtering off. pointless

Well, this isn't dead, but it's also not easy.

In a server environment where there are no other chat plugins, this would be trivial. But if someone's using something like HeroChat, PwnChat, or any of the plethora of other plugins, it is harder to do. This is going to take a lot of work to the PwnFilter API. So I'm not going to close the ticket, but it will have to wait until other, lower hanging fruit has been dealt with.
