What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like to edit messages/turn them off.

The messages are a little bulky, and are not really necessary in all possible uses of the plugin. For instance, I was to have a pvp delay whenever someone enderpearls, but I would rather not have the messages appear every time.

Please provide any additional information below.

You can currently already change your language completely which includes all messages in the folder called /Lang

We have not considered giving the option to turn them off/on, do you have any specific one's which you would like to include this switch as some messages are really required to run the plugin effectively.
