Biggest update ever!

You have to delete the old config!

Changes:

• 2 new sticks:
• A arrow stick, that fires arrows on right click. Command = /stick arrow. Permission = stick.arrow and default is everyone.
• A command stick, that contains a command that will be executed on rigth click. Command = /stick command <command>. Permission = stick.command and OP is default.
• Sticks have names!!!
• Some bug fixes.
• Improved Performances.
