• Add WorldGuard PvP flag support
  - Do '/rg flag <region name> pvp allow' and PvP will work even during day
• Fix bug with fly being disabled for players not in combat
• Optional broadcast warning that a player has tried to escape combat
• Announce PvP state when player changes world
• Fix some message file bugs with reseting/checking for missing messages -> See Warning
• Fix bug where players with Newbie Protection could attack other players
• Add optional Sounds triggered when PvP is On/off - List of possible Sounds
• New permission "pvpmanager.nopvp" - Full List
  - Players/ranks with this permission have PvP disabled
