    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Assign a bounty on someone
    2.kill bounty after accepting said bounty.
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    An announcement in which Player Killed Bounty for Amount

    Just retrieve 7% of their money every time you kill them.

    What version of the product are you using?
    4.2.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    N/A

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I do have Vault and bPermissions
    Bukkit-2500
