Beta V1: Notice, this may be slightly buggy. Do not use SQL yet.

Beta V1.1: Fixed a bug where players not in factions could take on their own bounty.

Beta V1.5: Added the ability to force an acceptence fee on bounties after a certain amount, bountylist is now organized from highest to lowest. Fixed random debug outputs that may have been there from testing.

Beta V1.5[DEBUG]: A user is having hard to diagnose errors with the plugin so I uploaded this so that we can more easily diagnose the errors.

Beta V1.5[Debug #2] I added more debug info to try to fix this.

Beta V1.6: Hopefully fixed the accepted.yml bug and the war bug! :)

Release V2.0: This should fix the accepted.yml bug! It also fixes the bug forcing factions.. (It says 2.0 since i'm only changing it on major version now.

Update: I KNOW THAT I FIXED THE ACCEPTED BUG NOW :D
