• Renamed from KillNotifications to PvPMoney
• Added customisation support (from within config.yml)

Editable: Prefix, messages & amount of money received.

• Defining the currency symbol causes an Å appear before the currency symbol, I've scoured the web and can't seem to find how to fix this!
• Removing %currency% from the killer message causes the string to be blanked
• Defining currency doesn't add it, period.
