Fixed a lot of bugs and loopholes, and made the plugin more reliable for users:

• Negative values now cannot be entered for /loot deposit, /loot incentive, or /loot withdraw
• Code cleaned up
• Fixed the loophole where hoppers with a blue name "Lootbag" will update what items you have in your item section
• Plugin now automatically puts any stored money right into a player's normal balance before being disabled. This means that nobody will lose money from reloads, restarts, or the plugin just being disabled/unloaded.
