    Good news: this is the first plugin of its kind that I've seen that actually WORKS, in the sense that, at a bare minimum, it restores the sea level to y=64.

    Bad news: I have no idea how you managed to pull this off, but dirt blocks near water drop sand instead of dirt when destroyed.

    This is for the CB 1337 version. I did not test other versions because I have no use for them. No other plugins were running. No multiworld.
