    1)hook into worldgaurd if true in config
    2)(i know this was on the plugin request)tower can be broken to delete the region even by people that dont own it(config as well)
    3)towers can have height modifed and even block pataern
    4)perms for each flag
    5)tnt can only breck the towers untill the region is broken
