In case you are updating the plugin: You have to remove the tables/psqlite database file as the schema has been modified!

• Added support for 1.13 and 1.13.1
• Added tab completition and permissions
• Added /prp ignore to ignore regions
• Fixed block placing
• Added checks for all sort of "damage" (vehicles, mob griefing, tnt, pistons, water)
• Added Dynmap integration
• Added flag for flowing liquids
• Removed legacy usernames - we use UUIDs only now (finally!)
• Procrastinated instead of learning for my exams

(The entry flag is still not implemented)
