    What is the issue?
    players cannot pvp when the walls fall

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I followed the directions for setting up the arena, there is no parent region created, pvp is allowed globally as well as within the arena and nothing is allowed. is there some sort of config issue or step I am missing?
