What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Using the /ps add <username> command
    2. Using the /ps flag command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I use those commands it throws out the errors in the pastebin I linked. It also says this message in the chat "An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command."

The commands still do what they are supposed to do, but it just gives that error and message.

What version of the product are you using?
    ProtectionStones 1.9c
    WorldGuard 5.8
    Towny 0.84.0.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Are you doing this inside a Towny Town?

Does it happen to people with admin type permissions, or to all players?

Are you inside a region when you run the commands?

Please also post the information from the "/ps admin version" command and a copy of your config.yml from PS.

I can't duplicate your errors, even after also matching your configuration by using the Spigot Build of CraftBukkit.

The error points to PS calling the WorldGuard API and telling it to save the region information to disk. In the past this has been seen on a few busy servers, or servers with either lots of disk writes or slow access to files.

I have no information on how you can fix this issue.
