Blocking all commands #11

    Hello,

    I have problem. I have blocked spamming of these commands:

    filter-commands:
    - /me
    - /eme
    - /action
    - /eaction
    - /describe
    - /edescribe
    - /whisper
    - /ewhisper
    - /tell
    - /etell
    - /msg
    - /emsg
    - /t
    - /m
    - /w
    - /r
    - /er
    - /reply
    - /ereply
    But somehow, it blocks all commands. So players cannot do /who twice in 5 seconds etc... can you fix that bug?
