This plugin now only contains 3 base weather types: clear, rain, storm. Other weather types were put away for now, since people were complaining. Once this gets released, you'll get an extension called ProperWeather-Weathers (which is currently being worked on) which will contain these funny, annoying and fancy weathers.
If you haven't used previous version, you should check changelog for previous version, as it contains critical changes to configuration(find it here)
