Tested with CB 1465 - MC 1.0.0, but should work on 1337 too.

If you define a weather and then undefine it somehow, you can get into trouble
ProperWeather can't load weather data after saving. That's why I renamed the file to 0.7b2. It'll be just a bugfix, nothing will be changed till 0.7r except possible save format change.
