Added The Possibility To Have A Configurable Length Of Un-monitored Phrase
E.G. You Could Have 5 Letters Un-monitored By Setting DontCheckIfShorterThan=6
This Would Allow You To Type Something Like "BLAAA" Without It Flagging Up Your Caps Spam But If You Typed "BLAAAA" It Would Flag It Up
Might Not Work On First Install
Once Instaled Start The Server And Let The Config File Generate
Then Restart The Server Or Reload And It Should Then Function Perfectly
