What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I think it would be awesome if a single region could have different possible outputs, money, items, or spells, depending on what reagents and upkeep items are put in its chest. This way, a single building, say a blacksmith, could output a sword, or a certain piece of armor depending on what items are put in the regions chest. For this example, there are a few default reagents that are put in for the items to be crafted like maybe an anvil, then there are some default upkeep items like iron and wood. This combination by itself will not output anything, but by adding in the last specific reagent, a certain item can be requested to be outputted. For an iron sword, a porkchop could be added, while to output an iron helmet, a leaf may be required, an iron chestplate might require a wood sword, iron leggings could require clay, and iron boots could require sand.
Please provide any additional information below.
The main idea behind this was in fact the blacksmith idea, because it'd be nice if players could have a single building to output these different items, all related to combat, so that they won't have to have 5 different buildings to make them all.
