    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    Implement features from the Research Plugin, so that buildings will provide research points over time, able to research different techs based on the buildings already established, etc.

    Please provide any additional information below.

    Currently for CB 1.2.3 but I'd imagine that it wouldn't change when it gets updated to 1.3.x
