Signs now save chests location and you cannot break a private chest without breaking the signs first. (To prevent bugs.) Added metrics and autoupdating and the ability to toggle them in the plugins config file.

Performance increase!

Instead of running a clock to update all signs, now every time a private chest sign is place, all signs update. Same for breaking a private chest sign.

If you delete part of the double chest and it is now a regular and a former double chest user clicks it, they will keep their double chest size. Mostly to keep it from filling the chest and when it turns regular, it deletes half their chest. Still occuring
