Briefly describe the issue:
Hello, I want to user your plugin but I don't know how to setup a database for it, I am not very code savy. Do I need to download a database plugin or setup an account or something?

If you don't have a server running at home, you need a provider who offers a MySQL database. (Webspace providers commonly have these.) If you have a server running at home, you can setup a MySQL database yourself. Check here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/
