2.7.1 Fixes

• Newly named regions with /nameregion will now work with /visitregion. To fix existing regions you named which don't work with /visitregion, find the data file with the same name as the region and lowercase its name. So for example if you named a region Ballsdeep, rename that file to ballsdeep and /reload.

• When animal spawns caused grass to grow, some blocks sitting on the grass were disappearing. That's now fixed.
