added option to broadcast a message on LevelUp and LevelDown
changed commands to /points
added command alliases /pr /pointrewards
improved speed and stability
fixed a critical bug where the LevelUp or LevelDown command would be looped forever
made the /points show argument <player> optional (will show the sending players points)
Ran the complete testing procedure
