What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Plot Guardian  1.5.3
2. create a plot in one world
3. Go to same location in another world

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Players should be able to build, players cannot, because PlotGuardian is protecting that spot. However, even owners of the plot cannot build or destroy!

I'm not able to install Multiverse and try this issue at the moment, due to lack of time. Try to create a world, stop the server, switch to another world and then start the server again to see if this cause the same issue. Without Multiverse.

First of all we must clarify wether it's an issue with Multiverse it self or just a failure of mine in the PlotGuardian plugin.
