What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type any command that requires a record.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the information (e.g. player joined on *date*) but instead I see a message that says there is no record...

What version of the product are you using?
The latest version.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No because it technically is not an error, it just doesn't have the files.
