Added: - Update notifier (permission: pm.* or pm.updates (op works to obv)) - A button to toggle on and off the updater notifier in-game (requires reload/restart of the plugin or server (plugman works well)) - A option to toggle the updater in the config. (will still send a message to console regardless if you have it on or off because I feel that it should be seen)

Removed: - Auto-updater
