+ Added option to create pinata at custom location using /pinata create <world> <x> <y> <z> <pinata name>. To create pinata at random location just use /pinata create <world> <x-min>~<x-max> <y-min>~<y-max> <z-min>~<z-max> <pinata name>.
Examples:

/pinata create world 100 80 320 default
or
/pinata create world 20~83 80 100 default
