Updated to Spigot 1.9.2. Should work with any Spigot 1.9 or greater.

Fixed bug with players thinking they're still riding other players

None that I know of, but may interfere with other plugins utilizing shift-right-clicking or shift-left-clicking.

Due to a bug in MC 1.9, the packets to display riders on a player now have to be sent manually using NMS code. This means nothing for the end user, but make sure when downloading PiggyBack you choose the correct version for your server. I may make an NMS version with backwards compatibility later, and once MC fixes the packet bug, the older versions should work again.
