Bukkit

Additions:

• Ruby, Sapphire and Amethyst gems are now dropped when mining the appropriate ores
• Added basic config.yml support

Bugfixes:

• Fixed ores dropping gems in creative mode
• Fixed a bug where ores would spawn in air (e.g. inside caves)

• In some situations, gravel falling onto a place where gem ore previously was will cause it to turn into that ore
