What steps will reproduce the problem?

If I use any command without being an OP I get
"/pe (use without parameters for detailed help)"
any command for the plugin produces that unless im an OP, then it works just fine.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

/pe new Test
expected: new ticket created
what I get "/pe (use without parameters for detailed help)"

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No
