Bukkit

Additions:

• After making the change to when the permissions were cleared it was really hard to get them to be cleared (read: impossible without opening a new gui pr clicking every box), therefore, a new menu choice "Clear permissions..." was needed.
• A few more permfiles, still only ones that I made though....

Changes:

• Updated to support latest RB.
• BREAKING CHANGE: Update to hooks for other plugins to actually utilize Bukkit's "services" api. See the "Hooking into PermGUI" page for more info, as usual.
• Load user/group now reports that there was no permission to load not only when the user does not exist in the config file, but also if there actually are no permissions to load.
• Load user/group now clears the selected permissions only if there was something to load, so none of your precious work is lost.
• Handle users leaving better. Assigned groups menu should only clear now. I think it's right...
• Updated README to reflect me not being so stupid and that it's PermsBukkit now.
