What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Add a config.yml option to disable color output so that command line scripting can function without having to work around color codes.

Please provide any additional information below.

I currently use mcrcon to automate several aspects of my Bukkit server and up until mid-june I also had some Nagios monitors setup to monitor the server stats and report them on a website.

It appears that there are color codes coming through from the plugin where there wasn't before.   It has broken my Nagios checks as a result.
