[+] /makenoise > More animal sounds have been added for both old (wolf and cat) and new fox sounds. A list of new noises

- Additions

[+] pardon/punish for /makenoise > Players have a huge freedom to make noises, so a limitation has been planned every minute (currently 5 noises), it is likely to have a "yaml" file to configure the time interval or quantity.

[+] /pawabout > This command I would not like to speak ... although it is obvious ... try using "/ pawabout" find out for yourself that I will be grateful.

Developer note: It is quite likely that this plugin is almost at the end of its alpha / beta version.
