Parkour is the original, most powerful Parkour based plugin available! First released in November 2012, and has been updated since. Parkour is now open source, and includes a large list of fun features.

Auto-updater

This plugin has a built-in auto-updater, which connects to BukkitDev to check for updates. If you wish to disable this process, you can do so by setting 'Other.UpdateCheck' to false in the config.yml file.

There is now an option in the config.yml, named "OnCourse.DieInLiquid", set this to true.

How to set coloured wool as block from kit? From example, I want the black wool to be a death block. Wool_black doesn't work, so how should I do it?

P.S. Leaderboards don't work for me. It keeps saying that noone has passed this course yet when I've beaten it like 5 times.

Unfortunately this is not possible yet. Bukkit / Spigot still use magic numbers for item meta data, which I am not comfortable with using as it's prone to breaking. When an update is available to use them officially, I will update the plugin accordingly.

Are there any errors in the logs? If you could add me on skype iA5H73Y I could resolve the problem easier.

No errors in logs. Does the leaderboard require the MySQL to work? If not, then in which file should the plugin save that leaderboard (I'm looking through files and I can't find anything that may be connected with leaderboard)?

No, MySQL is not required. I've just added some info in the Tutorials section for this question. SQLite will be used by default and the leaderboards are stored in the 'sqlite-db' folder, found in the Parkours config folder.

If you wish to examine the contents of the local database file, you can open it with a SQLite file viewer. For example, I use 'SQLiteDatabaseBrowserPortable'. If for some reason the courses haven't been generated, try entering "/pa recreate", which will reenter all the courses into the database.

Looks like it could be a config issue. Looking at the stack trace, when the player finishes the course it can not find the world for the lobby they should be teleported to. I've not seen this error before so I'm assuming it could be your config. If possible, can you send me your config.yml in a private message, which will help me find the problem. Thanks.

Is there a way to configure the plugin? When I do /pa test and then die, I get put in survival mode. Is it possible to set it so you can be in adventure mode?

In the next version I have applied the gamemode you have specified in the config "OnJoin.SetGamemode", which can be adventure mode. As well as this, I've made it so when you die in test mode, your gamemode isn't overwritten. The new update will be available soon, I hope this helps.

Please help,

First: When I jump on the finish block, it start spamming finish message, but it does not teleport me to lobby.

Finish: Material: DIAMOND_BLOCK

&

OnFinish: EnforceCompletion: true TeleportToLobby: true

Second: My items Sapling, Bone & Arrow does not work.

Third: Is possible to set dead block only for one map ?

Yes you can have a different death block for each course using ParkourBlocks.

Problem was related to server version being 1.7, which is not officially supported by the plugin. Will look into resolving this in the future, but supporting a 4 year old version probably isn't a good plan.

Hi,when i edit the config.yml of the plugin, then make a reload it doesnt change at all just keep loading the default settings any help?

Hi, just to make sure you're doing it correctly: open a Parkour config file, make your changes, ensuring not to use tabs, save the file, then in game (or server), enter "/pa reload". Do not reload the plugin using a 3rd party tool or by any other means than the Parkour reload command.
