-Added Community Terminals, where players can store items together for projects etc. Admins or players with permission can simply type "ourstorage" on a sign on the top block of the terminal. Community terminals consist of a Dried_kelp_block on bottom,Blue_concrete_block in the middle,and a Dried_kelp_block on top.

-Added mechanic where hoppers can now input items into terminals. Note: Items must be placed in a chest that is on top of the hopper.

-Added ability to store xp in paper. Simply type /paper create experience. As with other paper, players can retrieve xp with right clicking. They can also set an amount of levels they get per right click. /paper xp set <levels>

Added permissions:

massstore.commuse - allows player to access and use community terminal.

massstore.commstore - allows player to place hopper on community terminal.

massstore.community - allows player/admin to create community terminals.
