Made some changes after doing some testing all the features from dev-0.6 now work, although I'm not sure about the player XP bar timer. I also added a command to list all PaintWar games, /pwlistall. /pwstatus now shows time left in a game.

Players can destroy your world by turning it into stained clay. Players will have infinite snowballs. Players' inventories may be lost. Not all features have been tested.
