What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Citizens
2. Create NPC with your name
3. Create Logged Sign

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On and off based on player in or out of server
Constant on

What version of the product are you using?
Latest

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Not something that can be logged

Please provide any additional information below.
Odd Error, must be based off of the system used to detect a player. Almost like looking for an entity rather than a player list.
