What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to produce what i set in the config to the equal chance that was set. Instead the base set config was reproduced even when set to something entirely different. Eg removed iron ore from config, still spawned iron ore.

What version of the product are you using?
1.7.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nothing coming up in the error log or in console.

Please provide any additional information below.
The config is essentially useless atm, as the same things keep being generated in the same chances, regardless what i put in.
