Hiho,
sorry for my bad english, i have the problem if i start the plugin with default config it works fine and if i add my skyblock world to the config it still works.
but if i change some percent types lower or higher it doesnt work. Can you explain how the percentage are working? Because with my config i only get cobble stone and coal ore nothing more.

Chances:
  Coal: 50
  Iron: 57
  Gold: 32
  Redstone: 38
  Lapis: 43
  Emerald: 15
  Diamond: 10

i too have this issue... default config works fine but as soon as i edit the percentages i get either no ores or just coal/emeralds popping up once in a while.
