Bukkit

The plugin no longer spams the console whenever a sign fails. Now only one message is issued and the sign stops updating after it has displayed the fail message. If the sign somehow manages to find the world to monitor again (which might happen if you recreate the world) it will update accordingly by itself.

May (still) be incompatible with some plugins like VanishNoPacket. (see info page if you wish to test this)
