[OpenAlc v1.3]

• Added /openinv command - Open a players inventory (even if he is offline)
• Fixed a bug where players could crash if their bags were opened.

• Made some small changes to ensure a player's inventory is restored, even if he disconnects from the server.
• Player's inventory now saves after you close the alchemy bag.
• The bag now also saves after you close it.
