Some bug fixes like fixing the unban command not working. Added /opcontrol add {username} {group} and /opcontrol del {username} {group}, so now you dont have to use the config file. Ive also added automatic adding to the AllowedToBeOp list when the server owner peforms the /op command and automatic removing from the list when the server owner peforms the /deop command. Also limited the unban command so only the server owner can unban people
