    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

    1. Hello I am requesting a function that lets me move a player from general chat into OpChat so I can talk to them privately one on one.
    2. Also another request would be to make it so it turns off general chat for players inside OpChat. This is useful for bringing in players to have one-on-one conversations with server staff.

    Commands:
    /oc add player
    /oc remove player

    Permission node.
    opchat.move
