What Version of OnTime and Bukkit are you using? OnTime: OnTime V3.13.4 Bukkit: CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-1622 (MC: 1.7.10) (Implementing API version 1.7.10-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

What permissions plugin are you using? (Groupmanager, PEX,bPermissions, etc.) PermissionsEx

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Vote 2. Crash server 3. I don't really know the steps, it just happened when I voted and caught the console.
What is the expected output? Votes to be counted
What do you see instead? Errors in Console and server timing out
Do you have an console log of what happened?

Are you having a "rewards" problem? Please provide a link to a copy of your /plugins/OnTime/rewards.yml : No
Did you turn on OnTime logging (/ontime logfile enable 1)? If so, provide a link to that file too. No
Please provide any additional information below. Following this, I have disabled the vote stats in the config seeing as I do not use this feature really. It may or may not fix it, this is the first time It's happened though in hundreds of votes. Thank you for your assistance.

Do you happen to still have the console log from this occurrence, or are you able to reproduce the problem? I would like to see all of the console messages that surround the one you provided in the ticket above, as they often are more telling then the error itself.
I have not been able to reproduce the problem on my test system, so any assistance you can provide to help me find the root cause would be much appreciated.
Disabling the voting stats would likely solve the issue if the above error is all that is happening.
Also, you said in your title that this crashed OnTime/Server; what did you mean? Did you have to reload the OnTime plugin? Or did your whole server actually go down?
