OnlyProxyJoin

This plugin is developed by TutorialMakerHD.

Basic description

If you have BungeeCord installed on you server, you had to turn off the online-mode. This plugin only allows people, coming trough the proxy to join the server. If they connect directly to the server, they will be kicked. You don't longer have to worry about cracked players on you server.

Installation

You only have to drag & drop the OnlyProxyJoin.jar in your /plugins folder and run the server!

Configuration

The standard config.yml will be created automatically. It should be look like this:

  # Here you have to specify the IP of your proxy without port.

  playerKickMessage: '&cYou have to join through the proxy.'

There are comments in the configuration wich should explain everything.

Hello. Just a question but could you make it so it allows more than one proxy ip?

What is the point of this plugin? You can just bind the server to 0.0.0.0 so that it will not accept any connections.

Or if the server is on another host, just edit the ip tables to only allow connections from the proxy host.

What do you mean? i have my servers using this plugin on the same machine all with the same ips just using different ports and it works perfectly! I would recommend this plugin to all hub servers!

Plugin has a huge flaw inside of it, making it not work whatsoever.

First off, let's begin by explaining what " flaw " it has inside of it.

1. Lets say your Hub IP is this 198.24.133.147:15565 And your Proxy IP is this: 198.24.133.146:25565

If you put onlyproxyjoin on your server and you require your players to connect to the server through the proxy with the this ip located inside the onlyproxyjoin config " 198.24.133.146 " it will not allow them to connect to the server whatsoever.

Only by making the two servers have the same " ip " will you be able to push players through with onlyproxyjoin.

Wish there was a way you could add people that could bypass this for a direct server connection. other then that it is perfect

For the proxyIP should I use my IPv4, my autual IP or 127.0.0.1? Please help..

I have the same problem. Added this plugin to my hardcore server. I login to the lobby, but when I try to portal to the hardcore server I can't.

EDIT: Nevermind. Forgot to save the config changes...Derp!

I too am getting that message. The same one as follet. I was forced to remove the plugin and change my ports to less obvious ones in the meanwhile.

I have problem with the plugin. I Update to the last dev of BungeeCord do not allow me to connant to the server it say (Disconnecting XxCoolGamesxX : You have to join through the proxy.). It weird I test in my Window 7 it work good but when i test on my Linux is not work.
