• Added commands to manage permissions, see command reference
• Books have been moved to books.yml. Moving is automatic
• Added some more logging options
• Readded the broadcast on use message, requires bukkit.broadcast.admin to see
• Added the otc.permissionmanager permission

v2.0

• Entire plugin has been rewritten
• Books can now have multiple commands
• Books can now be used multiple times
• Permissions for commands can be configured in the config, if the plugin doesn't automatically pick them up

• Plugins that implement their own Command class won't work properly, report them and I'll fix it
• Anyone with the creation command can create books for any command.
