I'm having trouble with another issue though now... During the game (which was working fine earlier), players take no damage...from either the sword of bow. I have checked everything I can think of (from worldguard to even multiverse) with no luck... plox helpz!

The most recent version (v2.1 running on CraftBukkit1.7.9)

No, it didn't generate one.

Every time I restart the server the OITC plugin stops working and just says "/oitc" when I type "/oitc help admin". I reload the server and poof. All the help lines come back again...BUT, one problem and one problem only...players seem to have a godmode-like feature enabled in-game. (even though they joined in survival mode and had godmode disabled. As well as there weren't any pvp denies or invincibility enabled through WorldGuard or Multi-Verse.
