What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /frank <user> <rank>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What should happen when i type /frank FePython GM, is that the user FePython will be put in the group GM same as if i did /frank FePython 3 (as 3 is the ID for the group GM on the forum)

What version of the product are you using?
3.7.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Every time i do this no mater what the ID or Name i give for the rank i get the error "[OKB3] rank not found!"

Please provide any additional information below.
