What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run server
2.Restart or take MySQL database down for a few seconds
3. Then Error occurs

Why doesn't it try and reconnect to the DB instead of just closing all connections?

Hmm, will check.

Could I get the full stacktrace error? It seems a error from PatPeter SQL library.
