With OKB3 enabled, when ever a new user joins the join message that everyone typically sees of 'BLAH joined the server' does not appear in-game. It does appear in the server console.

I can get the join message to appear if I add the permission node '-bbb.hide' and '*' to my group, but it will not worth with only one or the other, I need both of those permission nodes for the join message to appear.

Removing the OKB3 plugin gets the join message to appear normally for everyone.

Can you please try this: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/okb3-renewed/#c128 . May have fixed it.
